TERMS OF SERVICE
CHARGES
Quotations based upon the size and description as given by the customer on the telephone, email, text, or via online shopping, are subject to review and correction upon inspection at the Company facility. Drivers are not authorized to spread rugs on delivery unless arrangements have been made in advance with the Company and a charge has been applied and provided. This Company, Trinity Dry Cleaners, LLC, is not liable for any damages incurred to household items in the process of rolling up and spreading rugs.
TERMS
Transactions are completed online via this site. Payment is due prior to any scheduling of collection of any area rugs.
MINIMUM FEE
The minimum charge is $239.20 + NJ Sales Tax (For pickup & delivery). Square footage of any rug not reaching the $239.20 (80 total square feet) will be charged at the minimum fee. Please see the product section for sizing and pricing examples. (80 square feet is the minimum for pickup and delivery)
PRICING CALCULATOR
Pricing calculator is for estimating purposes only. For best results, enter whole numbers, rounded to nearest whole foot. Any rug that is under 80 square feet will default to the minimum charge unless and until, there is more then 80 square feet, at which time the calculator will apply $2.99/square foot of the actual size of the rug.
STORAGE CHARGES
Storage charges will be made from the date of receipt of goods by the Company if such goods are left over 30 days.
RUGS ABANDONED OR UNCLAIMED
Rugs unclaimed after one year are subject to private sale at the discretion of the Company.
SPECIAL AGREEMENTS
The Company is not responsible for special agreements of any nature unless incorporated herein.
INSURANCE
For the protection of our clients, we have procured insurance covering the property received from them against loss by fire, burglary, theft, and the perils of transportation while in our custody for an amount not exceeding the actual cash value of the property insured at the time of loss with proper deduction for depreciation.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY FOR PROCESS
The Company shall not be liable for the shrinkages because manufacturers and production facilities do not pre-shrink floor coverings. The Company shall not be liable for changes in texture, the appearance of white knots, the running of dyes, the removal of stains (especially in wool), nor for any existing damage, not any other defects which may appear during, or resulting from the standard ordinary cleaning process. The Company shall not be responsible for stains often caused by spillage that result in discolorations; nor for curling, buckling, back separation, or deterioration of latex backings which may occur in the cleaning process.
In no event shall the Company be obligated or responsible to pay for the replacement or loss of value for any of the above conditions resulting from its cleaning process.
The completion of the Check-Out Process via this site respectively constitute acknowledgment of this contract and acceptance by each (The Company and Client) of the conditions stated above. The Signers agree that the foregoing includes all of the terms in this contract between the Client and the Company.
